3. What's the difference between "Normal Product" and "Oversize Product"? 

The shipping method: "Oversize Product" uses a special track to deliver, they will contact you before delivery, and after arrival, they need your signature. while "Normal Product" uses FedEx/UPS, they won't contact you before delivery and no sign is needed.

4. Do you supply "Signature Service" for normal product?

Yes, it's an optional service, charged by package, $8.5 per package

Our delivery services are currently only available to locations within the continental United States, the following states is not supported: PR, AK, HI, GU, AA, AE, AP. Please note: we currently DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes.
